Carboxilate based ( Borone Free ) Cooling water Supplier

This is special coolant required by Indian railways which has following features :

• Corrosion Inhibitors based on fully neutralized organic acids and azoles
• Designed for use in automotive, heavy duty diesel applications
• Amine, borate, nitrite and silicate free meeting the basic chemistry requirements of ALCO Diesel Locomotives as per Spec. No. MP – 2.99.00.03 (Rev – 00).
• Miscibility with existing glycol based coolant.
• Excellent high temperature aluminum protection
• Can provide wet sleeve liner cavitation protection without the use of nitrite
• Extended life at heavy duty applications

Application : This coolant is used ALCO Diesel Locomotives

Mixing Ratio : 20% Coolant with 80% DM water.

Change interval : This coolant water shall be changed (in case of demineralised water) when following limits are arrived at :

• Total hardness 200 ppm Max. as CaCo₃
• Chlorides 50 ppm Max. as NaCl
• pH < 7.0

Packing : 50 Ltr & 210 Ltrs. in HDPE Bottles/ Drum.
